Guatemala Finca La Perla
"Sleeping Woman"
La Perla won the Presidential award at the 2006 Cup of Excellence competition. A highly sweet offering with a polished texture. Caramel aromatics with hints of walnut and pine in the first sip. Touching on dark cocoa with a smooth honey finish. Balanced acidity with medium body.
Ethiopia Sidamo
A phenomenal offering from Yergacheffe that is sweetly complex and fully developed. Wine qualities open this crisp and clean coffee with good body. Notes of orange marmalade and berries last well into the finish.
Costa Rica El Indio
Another standout offering from the Tarraz Region. A fine acidity with a full yet understated flavour profile with hints of caramel. Good body and a long aftertaste make this the perfect everyday coffee.
Monsoon Medley
This coffee is a light roast, low acid, stomach friendly Arabica coffee. The unique monsooning process was discovered when shipping beans from India to European ports in wooden ships; the humidity would be absorbed by the beans producing this unique flavor and low acidity.
Malabar Gold
